hi all i just bin on urban terror went on a random server and saw that some 1 else has my nick name as me (GE)Skull that person is on the hunter prey uptown tdm server right now.

That happened to me too, 
the problem is that urt has no official registration of nicks.
people can say or do terrible things with your nickname, your not know.
I think the only thing you can do is contact the site administrator and let them know that this is not you.
I do not think anything else can be done.
